桉树扦插苗焦枯病病原鉴定

【摘要】 为了解丽赤壳属种的分布动态,科学防控焦枯病菌危害,经柯赫法则进行致病性验证,通过β-微管蛋白、组蛋白H3和翻译延伸因子-1α3个基因序列比对以及形态特征观察,对福建省苗圃地采集的尾细桉M1和巨桉5号扦插苗焦枯病菌进行鉴定.结果表明,供试菌株与已知种Calonectria kyotensis Terashita(无性型:Cylindrocladium floridanum Sobers&Seymour)的形态基本一致,且亲缘关系相近,将其鉴定为Ca.kyotensis.该菌能够侵染桉树引起焦枯病在国内为首次报道.

【Abstract】 Species of Calonectria are well-known causal agents of Cylindrocladium leaf blight.For the purpose of knowing the distribution dynamic of Calonectria,and guiding the prevention and control of Cylindrocladium leaf blight scientifically,isolates collected from Eucalyptus grandis×Eucalyptus tereticornis M1 and Eucalyptus grandis 5 cutting production were identified using morphological characteristics and DNA sequence comparisons for the β-tubulin,histone H3 and translation elongation factor-1α genes.The result indicated that four isolates were proved to the pathogens of Cylindrocladium leaf blight by Koch′s postulates,and were identified as Ca.kyotensis Terashita(anamorph: Cy.floridanum Sobers & Seymour).Ca.kyotensis can infect Eucalyptus spp.and cause leaf blight was first reported in China.
