【摘要】 目的:评价醒脾养儿颗粒与甘草锌颗粒联合治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:将160例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,治疗组用醒脾养儿颗粒治疗的同时加用甘草锌颗粒,对照组单用醒脾养儿颗粒治疗,两组均以3周为一个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率81.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组体重增加和血红蛋白上升幅度与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:醒脾养儿颗粒联合甘草锌颗粒治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To make an evaluation about clinical effect of Xingpi Yanger Granules and Licorzinc Granules in children with anorexia. Methods: One hundred and sixty patients with anorexia were randomly selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group treated with Xingpi Yanger Granules and Licorzinc Granules; the control group treated with Xingpi Yanger Granules. The course of treatment was three weeks. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92. 5%,which was higher than that of the control group( 81. 3%); the increased of weight and hemoglobin level in treatment group was higher than control group,there was a significant difference between them( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: The combined application of Xingpi Yanger Granules and Licorzinc Granules can gain satisfied effect in the treatment of anoraxia in children.更多还原
