【Abstract】 Based on CMMI theory,the defect measure,as one of the four basic measures,is analyzed,and the process of defect management is put forward.By analyzing the practical data,the reasons of the defects have been found based on the measured data,and the improvement methods have been drawn up.It shows that the measurement analysis takes a positive role in process control and process improvement.更多还原
