电动汽车驱动系统EMC测试的试验室方案研究

【摘要】 随着电动汽车技术的不断发展,其已成为正式的产品走向市场,与传统汽车相比,电动汽车的电磁兼容问题更为严重,而目前专门针对像电动汽车驱动系统这样大功率、大电流零部件的电磁兼容(EMC)检测标准还没有,传统的电磁兼容检测方法和试验布置已不再适用,基于电动汽车驱动系统大电压、大电流、高发热、高振动、负载特性影响高的特点,对测试台与接地、传动轴、防振动、散热、供电等进行设计分析,提出了一种针对电动汽车驱动系统EMC测试的试验室设计方案。

【Abstract】 With the development of electric vehicle technology,it has become the formal products in the market.Compared with traditional vehicle,more electromagnetic interference is generated in electric vehicle.Currently,electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) standards have not been drafted specifically for the components such as high power,high current electric driving systems in electric vehicles.While traditional EMC test methods and arrangements are not applicable any longer.Based on electric drive system which has the characteristic of high voltage,high current,high fever,high vibration,big impact of load,after designing and analyzing the test bench with ground,drive shaft,anti-vibration,heat,electricity etc,a laboratory design scheme of EMC test which is for driving system in electric vehicle is proposed in this paper.
