锂离子电池滥用条件下的安全性研究

【摘要】 提高锂离子电池使用安全性是近年来的研究热点之一。通过对锂离子电池滥用条件下的安全性研究,分析了锂离子电池在过充、针刺、热冲击、挤压时电池的反应机理,研究了电池在发生起火、爆炸过程中内部的化学反应与变化,简述了目前采用的提高锂离子电池安全性的措施,并提出各种安全措施协同应用可能是未来改善电池安全性的有效手段。

【Abstract】 Li-ion battery(LIB) has been considered as a preferred power source for electric vehicles due to its high energy density and high rate capability. However, the safety concern severely hinders the developments and applications of large capacity or high power LIBs in these fields. The safety performance of Li-ion power batteries have been considered as one of hot researching in recent years. The recent progresses in this field were reviewed, including the reaction mechanism of Li-ion battery in the condition of overcharge, nail puncture, heat concussion, and crush. The problems and further orientation in this research area were discussed after a brief introduction to their working mechanisms and research status. All kinds of methods cooperation with one another were summarized to improve safety performance of LIB.
