【摘要】 论述了静态体积法制备氦中氪、氙气体标准物质的方法、稳定性参考值,不确定度计算方法。该研制方法可行,数值准确可靠。

【Abstract】 The preparation method of gas reference material for Kr and Xe in He has been established by parameter P,V,C.Its reference value of stability and calculation of uncertainty are discussed.This preparation method is feasible and the value is exact and reliable.
