低速盘车电机动压滑动轴承设计
Design of Hydrodynamic Sliding Bearing for Low- speed Barring Motor
【摘要】 介绍动压滑动轴承最低转速的计算方法,滑动轴承工作间隙和润滑油工作粘度的选定原则,以及提高动压轴承运行可靠性的相关设计要求。通过对拖动高温风机机组的电机运行工况进行详细分析,找到电机滑动轴承设计的关键点。提出的动压滑动轴承设计方法,对需经常升速降速运行的变频电机的滑动轴承设计具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 Introduces the caculation method of the minimum speed of hydrodynamic sliding bearing,the service gap of sliding bearing and selection of spraying visicosity of the lubricant. Find the key points in bearing design by detailed analysis of the service conditions of motor which drags the high- temperature fan system. GIves the design method of hydrodynamic sliding bearing,which will be common reference for design of hydrodynamic sliding bearing used in variable frequency motor which will increase or decrease the speed frequently.
