【摘要】 教学团队建设是进行教学改革和提高教学质量的一项有效措施。本文根据信号类课程的特点,介绍了本教学团队在课程设置、教学大纲制订、教材和课程网站建设、教学方法研讨和团队活动形式等方面所进行的实践及其体会。实践表明,首席教师的作用和有效的保障机制,是教学团队高效运作的关键。笔者针对前期实践的经验,展望了教学团队下一步的建设内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teaching team building is an effective method for teaching reform and improvement of teaching quality.Based on the characteristics of signal courses,the practice and experience of our teaching team are described respectively from the view of course designing,course outline drawing,textbooks and website construction,teaching methods seminar and teaching team activities.It is shown from the practice that the role of chief teacher and the effective supporting regulation are the key points for the efficient management of teaching team.Finally the further building of our teaching team is prospected aiming at the experience of the practice.更多还原
