【摘要】 为解决我国住宅工程质量问题,运用倍效理论对住宅工程质量问题的影响因素进行研究.首先确定影响住宅工程质量问题的8个倍效因素,根据事故连锁反应理论得到住宅工程质量问题产生的路径,据此得到住宅工程质量问题的倍效因素致因模型.然后基于系统工程理论和专家意见构建倍效因素关系结构矩阵假设模型,通过300份问卷调查数据对8个倍效因素之间的倍效效应进行验证,并对模型进行修正.结果证明:8个倍效因素之间存在倍效关系,且可分为直接和间接因素,从而构建倍效链,并以此倍效链提出阻断对策,减少我国住宅工程质量问题.更多还原

【Abstract】 To solve domestic quality problems of residential engineering,influential factors of quality problems of residential engineering were researched by multiple effect theory.First,eight multiple effect factors of residential engineering were determined.Then,according to the chain reaction theory,the generation paths of quality problems of residential engineering were concluded,which leads to multiple effect factors causing model.The structural hypothesis matrix model of multiple effect factors’ relationship is built based on systems engineering theory and specialists’ advices,which is modified by 300 survey data analysis and valided by multiple effect analysis among eight factors.The results prove that multiple effect exists among the eight factors,which can be classified as direct and indirect factors.Finally,the multiple effect chain is built and the countermeasures to reduce quality problems in residential engineering can be put forward.更多还原
