全日制硕士专业学位研究生双导师制建设对策
Countermeasure Research on Construction of Double Tutors System of Full-time Master Professional Degree Postgraduate
【摘要】 对"双导师制"的内涵及国外专业学位教育"双导师制"培养模式的特点进行了剖析,针对目前全日制硕士专业学位研究生教育中"双导师制"实施过程中存在的问题提出构建协同创新培养机制、开设校企合作课程,建立多维度的遴选与考核机制、组建导师团队、建立基于双导师制的教学质量监控机制等长效机制,是落实和深化"双导师制"培养模式的重要举措。
【Abstract】 We analyse the connotation of double tutors system of full-time master professional degree postgraduate education and the trainning mode characteristics of foreign professional degree education. According to the problems existing in the implementation of double tutors system,some important measures about implementation and deepening of the training mode are proposed,which mainly include constructing the cooperative innovation training system,offering university-industry courses,building multidimensional tutor selection and assessment mechanism,creating conditions for establishing supervisor group,setting up long-term mechanism of teaching quality monitoring based on double tutors sysem.
