水轮机转轮焊接残余应力研究

【摘要】 本文对数值模拟计算优化后的焊接工艺进行了真机转轮焊接及试验验证,验证结果表明:采用局部加热法,如果加热温度,加热时间及加热区域选择适当,可以大大地降低叶片危险区域残余拉应力,从而有效地降低转轮开裂风险。

【Abstract】 Process of welding which is optimized by means of numerical simulation is verified during welding and testing.The results show that welding residual tensile peaking stress in dangerous area of blades can be decreased greatly by local heating if choice of heating temperature,heating time and heating location are appropriate,furthermore,cracking risk of the runner can be decreased obviously.
