焊接电流对铝合金/低碳钢电阻点焊接头性能的影响

【摘要】 采用热补偿工艺垫片电阻点焊法对铝合金A6061与低碳钢Q235异种材料进行了焊接。探讨焊接电流对焊接接头的熔核大小和抗剪性能的影响,并通过电子显微镜观察接合界面区,分析了界面反应物形貌等微观特性。研究结果表明:采用热补偿电阻点焊方法焊接铝合金与低碳钢能获得具有较大熔核直径、较高抗剪载荷的接头。

【Abstract】 Aluminum alloy A6061 and low-carbon steel Q235 were welded using resistance spot welding method with a thermal compensation plate. The influence of welding current on the nugget and tensile shear strength of the joint was investigated. The interfacial reaction layer morphological characteristics were observed and analyzed using electron microscopy. The results reveal that the aluminum alloy/low-carbon steel joint with larger nugget and higher tensile shear strength can be obtained by the thermal compensation resistance spot welding.
