基于双管模块的SVG的主电路的驱动保护电路的设计
The Designation of Driving and Protecting Circuit of IGBT in SVG
【摘要】 电压是衡量电能质量的重要指标之一。无功功率的平衡决定了电力系统的电压运行水平。随着非线性冲击性负载逐渐的加入,严重影响了配电网的供电电能质量,需要对电网进行无功补偿。SVG的调节不仅速度快,运行范围宽,而且采取多重化,多电平或PWM技术等措施后可大大减少补偿电流中谐波的含量。IGBT是现代SVG的核心器件,IGBT寿命的长短决定了SVG的可靠性。本文提出了一种IGBT的驱动保护电路,可以使IGBT的电环境更好的能够适应电网的要求。
【Abstract】 Voltage is an important index of weighing the quality of electric energy.The balance of no reactive power determines the voltage level of power system.With the popularity of low voltage distribution network and the adding of nonlinear impact load gradually,the power distribution network power quality has been seriously affected,which need for the power grid reactive power compensation.SVG can adapt to modern power systems impact load increasing trend.The regulating speed of SVG is faster and the operating range is wider.It takes multiple,multi-level or PWM technology which can greatly reduce the compensation current harmonic content.The core of modern SVG is IGBT devices.The life of IGBT determines the reliability of SVG.This paper presents a driver protection circuit of IGBT.you can enable the IGBT power grid environment to adapt to the requirements superior.
