不同麻醉方式下胃癌根治术后患者疼痛程度的对比研究

【摘要】 目的探讨采用不同麻醉方式治疗胃癌根治术后患者的疼痛程度情况。方法对比分别在全身麻醉和全麻复合硬膜外麻醉下进行胃癌根治手术患者术后疼痛的程度,采用Prince-Henry进行评价。所得数据均采用统计软件进行处理,两种方式差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果相比采取全身麻醉的患者,采取全麻复合硬膜外麻醉的复合组患者在术后6、12、18、24h以及48h的Prince-Henry平均得分较低。结论胃癌根治手术采取全麻复合硬膜外麻醉可以有效减轻患者的术后疼痛感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To adopt different ways of anesthesia treat gastric cancer effect a radical cure patients with postoperative pain degree of comparative study. Methods Contrast respectively in general anesthesia and general anesthesia compound epidural anesthesia for gastric cancer radical surgery patients postoperative pain degree, the Prince- Henry, evaluation. Income data are using statistical software for processing, differences have statistical significance(P<0.05). Results Patients with general anesthesia than take, take general anesthesia compound epidural anesthesia compound group of patients with postoperative 6 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours of Prince- Henry, scoring average is low.
