靶钛膜处理对氘-氘及氘-氚中子管性能的影响

【摘要】 利用氘和氚充气真空系统和镀靶系统制备了不同靶膜厚度和充气量的系列中子管,其充气系统极限真空达到了1.5×10-6Pa.利用微调阀可精确控制每次进入系统的氘和氚气体量.通过改变钛丝量和加热电流来控制靶膜厚度,采用3He中子监测仪监测系列中子管的产额、稳定性及老练特性.探讨了靶膜的多次处理对于中子管的老练、稳定性等指标的影响,为提高中子管性能提供了参考.

【Abstract】 The target system is one of the most important parameters of neutron tube,and it impacts the yield,the lifetime,and the stability of neutron tube.The vacuum system for D and T charge and the target system have been developed by physics department of Northeast Normal University.The ultimate pressure of the vacuum system is 1.5×10-6 Pa and the quantity of D or T gas can be controlled by adjusting the inching valve.The ultimate pressure of the target system is 3×10-4 Pa and the thickness of target can be controlled by adjusting the heating current and the titanium mass.The property such as the yield,stability,and the training of the series neutrons are characterized by 3He neutron monitor.The impact of target treatment on the properties of D-D and D-T neutron tubes has not been studied extensively.The impact of target treatment on the parameters such as training and stability of a neutron tube was discussed in this paper so as to give some references to the readers.
