【摘要】 根据林木、林地资产交易实践需求,构建了林木资产源发性评估模型和拓广性评估模型。在重庆市涪陵区森林资源二类调查的ArcGis工程基础上,以Visual Basic 6.0为平台,与ArcGis的开发工具Mapobjects进行集成式二次开发,研制了林木、林地资产评估软件(FSCapitalMO),以4条路径,至少7种资产评估方法,实现了任意经营小班集合的森林资产评估和RecordSet的可视化,对于开展各种形式的林权交易具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The original model and its extended model of assets assessment for forest trees and woodland were constructed according to the need of forest and woodland asset trading practice. Based on the data of Fuling District of Chongqing Forest Resource Inventory ArcGis Projects,the forest trees and woodland assets assessment software( FSCapitalMO) was developed using the Visual Basic 6. 0 platform integrated secondary development with the Mapobjects of ArcGis development tools. Any collection of subcompartment assets assessment and visualization of the RecordSet can be achieved by FSCapitalMO through four paths with more than seven kinds of asset valuation method. FSCapitalMO is significant for China to conduct various management forms of forest rights trading.更多还原
