【摘要】 基于形位公差带的分布特征,对形状、位置要素变动情况进行研究,提出了一种在一维线性装配尺寸链下,判断模型中形位误差是否应当纳入装配误差累积计算的方法.在统计平方根模型的基础上,依据零件生产加工完毕后各形位要素变动的分布特性,提出了一种新的装配误差累积计算模型.采用此模型可实现包含形位误差的装配精度定量分析.给出的一个应用实例说明了所提出方法的有

【Abstract】 Most assembly tolerance stack research mainly focuses on dimension tolerance and rarely considering geometric tolerance.So far there is not a universally applicable analysis method which includes the influence of dimension tolerance and geometric tolerance.In linear assembly dimension chain,based on the distribution features of each tolerance’s tolerance zone,this paper studies the change of form factors and location factors,proposes a method to determine ageometric tolerance whether it should be treated as a variable element of assembly tolerance stack.Then,based on the Root Summed Squares(RSS)method,according to the distribution of geometric characteristics change,this paper proposes a new assembly tolerance stack calculation model.This model realizes assembly tolerance stack calculation including geometric tolerance.Finally,an application example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
