抗桑花叶萎缩病的桑品种筛选与应用

【摘要】 桑花叶萎缩病是桑树的一种类病毒病害,栽植抗病桑品种是最经济有效的病害防控策略。在桑花叶萎缩病发病严重的桑园内筛选出凤尾芽变、大中华2个对病害抵抗力较强、产量性状优的桑品种,并将这2个抗病品种的接穗用冠接法嫁接浙江省湖州市病区桑园的发病桑树。其中,凤尾芽变接穗的嫁接成活率为76.5%,病树康复率达100%;大中华接穗的嫁接成活率为52.9%,病树康复率为88.89%。此外,嫁接成活后的病树均生长良好。初步认为,筛选抗病力较强的桑品种用于桑花叶萎缩病发病桑树的嫁接改造,是快速有效防控病害的技术途径之一。

【Abstract】 Mulberry mosaic dwarf disease is a disease caused by viroid.Planting of resistant mulberry varieties is the most economic and effective measure to control this disease.Two mulberry varieties,named Fengweiyabian and Dazhonghua,which have high resistance and excellent productivity,had been identified and screened from mulberry fields with serious mulberry mosaic dwarf disease.In mulberry fields of Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province,diseased mulberry trees were crown grafted with scions of these two resistant mulberry varieties.The survival rate of diseaed mulberry trees grafted scions of Fengweiyabian and Dazhonghua reached 76.5% and 52.9% respectively,and the rejuvenation rate of diseased trees reached 100% and 88.89% respectively.Moreover,all the survived diseased mulberry trees after grafting grew well.It is considered that using mulberry scions with high disease resistance to graft the diseased trees is a quick and efficient technical measure to control mulberry mosaic dwarf disease.
