【摘要】 根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》和"江苏省成人高等教育专业建设指南"精神,明确煤炭主体特色专业建设的目标定位。通过教材建设、课程建设、教学手段改革、师资队伍建设、管理机制创新等方面进行煤炭主体特色专业的建设。并通过煤炭主体特色专业人才培养的实践,创新了三种人才培养模式,为煤炭行业紧缺人才的培养打开了绿色通道,为煤炭工业可持续发展提供了人力资源保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article defines goals and positions of the foundation of main special professions on coal on basis of The National Medium and Long-term Plan for Education Reform and Development as well as spirits of The Guide on Professions Foundation of Adult Higher Education in Jiangsu Province.It constructs main special disciplines on coal through aspects on teaching materials construction,courses construction,reformation of teaching methods,cultivation of teaching staffs,creation on management mechanism and so on.Meanwhile,through cultivation practices of specialists on main professions on coal,the essay inovates three modes of talents training,which not only opens a green channel for cultivating precious talents on coal industry,but also ensures the human resources for coal industry sustainable development.更多还原
