香蕉秸秆酶解制备可发酵糖的研究

【摘要】 香蕉秸秆是重要的农业秸秆资源,含有丰富的纤维素和半纤维素,可作为发展燃料乙醇的重要原料。本文采用离子液体对香蕉秸秆进行预处理,以X-射线粉末衍射技术和13C-固体核磁技术分析香蕉秸秆的结构变化,并进行了香蕉秸秆酶水解实验。结果显示:香蕉秸秆与[Bmim]Cl在80℃预处理40min后,结晶度从55.78%降到44.87%,晶宽分别从1.53nm(101)、1.41nm(002)、0.55nm(040)降低至1.38nm(101)、1.20nm(002)、0.50nm(040),C4、C6结晶区的相对含量有较大幅度下降,预处理的香蕉秸秆经纤维素酶水解12h可发酵糖得率为37.15%,为对照样品的6.85倍。

【Abstract】 Banana straw with rich cellulose and hemicellulose , is an important agricultural straw resources. It has been used as an important raw material for the fuel ethanol. In this paper, the ionic liquid was adopted to pretreatment banana stalks. The X-ray powder diffraction and 13C- NMR techniques were used to analyze the structural changes of the banana stalks. Then banana stalks were hydrolyzed by cellulose. The results show: banana stalks treated by [bmim]Cl for 40min at 80℃, its degree of crystallinity is reduced from 55.78% to 44.87%, the crystal width reduced from 1.53nm (101) , 1.41nm (002), 0.55nm (040) to 1.38nm (101), 1.20nm (002), 0.50nm (040), respectively. The relative contents of C4 and C6 crystalline regions of cellulose decrease substantially. The fermentable sugars yield of pretreatment banana stalks hydrolyzed for 12h was 37.15%, 6.85 time that of the control sample.
