【摘要】 对60Si2Mn弹簧钢进行了优化余热淬火:920℃加热奥氏体化,保温20min,随后冷至860℃出炉进行油淬,400℃回火1.5h,空冷。再对60Si2Mn弹簧钢进行了强力喷丸及低温时效处理。结果表明,60Si2Mn弹簧钢经此复合优化处理工艺后残余压应力松弛平缓,其屈强比和疲劳强度显著提高,综合力学性能也得到明显改善,完全能满足汽车板弹簧使用要求。

【Abstract】 The optimizational residual heat quenching process of the 60Si2Mn spring steel were studied.The process is that 60Si2Mn spring steel was heated to 920℃and holding 20minutes,followed by cooling to 860℃for oil quenching,400℃tempering for 1.5hours and then cooling in the air.Powerful shot peening and low-temperature aging treatment were used on the 60Si2Mn spring steel in the end.The test results show that residual compressive stress of the 60Si2Mn spring steel was relaxed gentle,its yield ratio and fatigue and mechanical properties were significantly improved.It can fully content application requirements of the automobile plate spring.
