FC4表面活性剂对Ni-P/PTFE复合镀的影响

【摘要】 研究了化学复合镀Ni-P/PTFE过程中表面活性剂对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)颗粒的作用。研究结果表明,适当含量的FC4表面活性剂的加入,可提高PTFE颗粒的表面Zeta电势,改善PTFE颗粒的团聚效应,提高PTFE颗粒在溶液中的分散能力和Ni-P/PTFE复合镀层中的PTFE颗粒含量。

【Abstract】 The effects of the surfactant agent on the particles of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)in Ni-P/PTFE composite plating process were discussed.The experimental results show that the appropriate addition of FC4 surfactant can improve the surface Zeta potential,the aggregation effect,the dispersion performance of the PTFE particles, and the deposited PTFE particles content in Ni-P/PTFE composite coating.
