树脂/石墨PEMFC双极板的制备工艺与性能研究综述
Review of Study on Preparation and Performance of Resin/Graphite PEMFC Bipolar Plates
【摘要】 介绍了质子交换膜燃料电池双极板的功能及性能要求,综述了树脂/石墨双极板复合材料的性能研究进展及双极板的主要成型方法——注射成型与模压成型,并对这两种成型方法进行了比较。指出在双极板成型中,模压成型既可兼顾成分和性能又可保证成型工艺的要求,可以考虑将模压成型作为双极板批量化生产的主要成型方法。
【Abstract】 The function and performance requirements of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)bipolar plates,and performance research progress of resin/graphite bipolar plates composites are reviewed.The major forming methods including injection molding and compression molding are introduced and compared.The compression molding can meet the requirements of molding process as well as the composition and performance,it can be considered as the main forming method for mass production of bipolar plates.
