AgSnO2电接触材料的研究进展
Research Progress in AgSnO2 Electrical Contact Materials
【摘要】 简要回顾了AgSnO2电接触材料的发展历史,并重点从制备工艺和优化改性两方面对国内外研究进展进行了总结,对比、分析了国内外AgSnO2电接触材料各种制备技术的优缺点及使用条件,归纳了添加剂复合、表面包覆和纳米技术3类改性方法对AgSnO2电接触材料性能的影响及相应改性机理,最后提出了AgSnO2电接触材料今后的发展方向。
【Abstract】 The development history of AgSnO2 electrical contact materials is briefly reviewed,and domestic and foreign research progress in its preparation technology and optimization modification are summarized.The advantages and disadvantages,and service conditions of various preparation technologies of AgSnO2 are contrasted and analyzed.In addition,influence of three different kinds of modification methods,such as additive composite,surface coating and nanometer technology,on performance of AgSnO2 electrical contact materials,and corresponding modification mechanisms are summarized.Finally,development direction of AgSnO2 electricity contact materials in future is put forward.
