氟化多壁碳纳米管制备与电化学性能
Structure and Discharge Performance of Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube Fluoride
【摘要】 氟化碳作为一种高储能材料广泛用于一次锂电池中,不同碳源制得的氟化碳材料电化学性能存在差异。研究了多壁纳米碳管的氟化温度及其对氟化产物电化学性能的影响。结果表明:多壁碳纳米管在450℃时即开始氟化,并随着氟化温度的提高,氟化程度提高;氟化温度在580℃以上时氟化产物有较好的电化学性能,放电平台在2.5 V左右,放电比容量接近理论值。
【Abstract】 Li/carbon fluoride( CF x) cells are well known to have high energy density,good reliability,long shelf life,high safety and wide operation temperature. Multi-walled carbon nanotube( MWCNT) is a valuable materials to be fluoridated to a good energy keeper because of its particular structure. The XRD and IR spectra show that the fluoride which is synthesized at580 ℃ has high fluorine content, good discharge flat at2.5 V,and its special capacity is close to theoretical value.
