虾蟹混养池塘异养菌区系组成及群落结构

【摘要】 2011年8月对连云港滩涂虾、蟹混养池塘异养细菌区系组成及群落结构进行研究。通过传统的微生物分离培养方法对虾、蟹混养池塘水环境中的异养细菌进行分离纯化,共获21株细菌。对获得的菌株进行鉴定和区系组成及群落结构分析。研究证实,虾、蟹混养池塘水体微生物种类丰富,经16SrRNA序列分析确定为弧菌属等8属的细菌,以弧菌属、盐单胞菌属、芽孢杆菌属为优势菌属,分别占整个群落的31.5%、26.3%、15.8%。

【Abstract】 The heterotrophic bacterial flora composition and community structure were studied in polyculture of shrimp and crab ponds in coastal Lianyungang in August 2011.Twenty-one strains of bacteria were found from the water system in the polyculture of shrimp and crab by traditional microbiological isolation,and then the bacterial flora composition and community structure were analyzed.There were various microorganisms in the water in the polyculture of shrimp and crab,being classified into 8 genera by 16S rRNA analysis.The dominant groups were found to be Vibrios,accounting for 31.5% of the community,Halomonas,accounting for 26.3% of the community,and Bacillus,accounting for 15.8% of the community,Vibrios being the maximum,and followed by Bacillus.The findings will be reference to the bacterial flora composition and the function analysis in the ponds,and provide the theoretical basis for further optimization of the ecological structure in culture environment in the ponds.
