吉林产白酒中甲醇和正丙醇含量的测定
Determination of the Content of MeOH and NPA in the White Spirit Produced in Jilin Province of China
【摘要】 建立了适合同时测定酒中甲醇和正丙醇含量的气相色谱分析方法。实验采用程序升温的方法,以Agilent DB-FFAP毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)为分离柱,氮气为载气,使用氢火焰离子化检测器,以乙酸正丁酯为内标物同时定量。一次进样分析在18min内完成。该方法中甲醇和正丙醇的线性相关系数分别为0.999 8和0.999 9,检出限分别为0.004ng和0.007ng,回收率在96.4%~104.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于0.74%。
【Abstract】 This paper establishes a GC-FID analysis method for determining the content of MeOH and NPA in white spirit at the same time.The experiment uses a method of temperature programming,with Agilent DB-FFAP capillary column(30m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)as the separation column and nitrogen as the carrier gas,applies a flame ionization detector,and takes acetic acid n-butyl ester as the internal standard quantitative.Each sample injection analysis is accomplished in 18 minutes.With this method the linearly dependent coefficients of MeOH and NPA is 0.999 8 and 0.999 9 respectively,the detection limits are 0.004 ng and 0.007 ng respectively,the recovery rate is between 96.4%~104.5%,the relative standard deviations(RSD)are below 0.74% for both.
