【摘要】 目的:探讨功能性消化不良基本证型的相关因素。方法:制定症状问卷调查表,收集武汉市中西医结合医院消化科2010年5月至2011年4月期间就诊的病例料,采用Epidata 3.02建立数据库,SPSS 16.0软件统计分析,对基本证型的可能相关因素分别进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:肝胃不和型中,性别和春季是危险因素;寒热错杂型中,西医分型,发病季节性,生活工作压力极大,生活不幸福是危险因素;脾胃湿热型中发病的季节性,秋季,生活工作压力大,生活不幸福是危险因素;脾胃虚寒型中秋冬季节是危险因素;脾虚气滞型中秋季、生活工作压力极大、生活幸福度一般和不满意是危险因素。结论:性别、病程、西医分型、发病季节性、发病季节、生活工作压力、生活满意度等因素与基本证型有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the basic syndrome related factors in patients with functional dyspepsia( FD). Methods: Using symptoms questionnaire to collect data of FD patients from Wuhan Integrated TCM and Western Medicine Hospital,Epidata 3. 02 to establish database. The univariate and multiple logistic regression analysis was performed with SPSS 16. 0 software to determine the basic syndromes related factors. Results: Gender and spring were the main risk factors suffering from syndrome of liver qi invading the stomach; western medicine type,the great burden from life and work,unhappy life were risk factors for cold-heat complex syndrome; the big burden from life,autumn onset season of illness,unhappy life were risk factors for syndrome of dampness-heat on the spleen and stomach; autumu and winter onser seasons of illness wrer risk factors for spleen-stomach deficiency cold syndrome; autumn onset season of illness,unhappy life,the great burden from life and work,general or unsatisfactory life happiness were risk factors for syndrome of spleen deficiency with qi stagnation. Conclusion: The basic syndrome is related to the factors in patients with FD sex of patients,duration and type of illness,onset seasons of illness,burden from work and life,life satisfaction.更多还原
