【摘要】 目的:比较电针少阳经穴与非经非穴对偏头痛患者脑血流的不同影响。方法:选择符合无先兆偏头痛诊断、处于发作间歇期、来自同一个研究中心条件的受试者,随机分为少阳经穴组和非经非穴组。每组均于4 w内接受20次针灸治疗,并于治疗前后进行经颅多普勒检查。分析治疗前后临床结局指标变化值和脑血流变化值。结果:针刺后,少阳经穴组的左侧大脑中动脉(L-MCA)的平均血流速度降低程度要显著高于非经非穴组(P<0.05),而其余动脉的平均血流速度两组间并无显著性差异(P>0.05)。针刺对脑血流的脉动指数和阻力指数无明显作用规律。结论:少阳经穴在降低偏头痛患者左侧大脑中动脉血流速度上优于非经非穴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study the difference between Shaoyang points and non-acupuncture points in regulating cerebrovascular flow of migraineurs.Methods:Participants were recruited if they were diagnosed as migraine patients,having migraine attack when receiving examination,and were recruited from the same center.Participants were randomized to Shaoyang points group and non-acupuncture points group.They received 20 sessions of acupuncture treatment during 4 weeks,and took TCD examination before and after acupuncture treatment.The clinical outcome and changes of cerebrovascular flow were analyzed.Results:The mean flow of L-MCA is significantly lower in Shaoyang points group than non-acupoints group(P<0.05).However,no significant difference between two groups was found in other arteries(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shaoyang points were better than non-acupuncture points in lowering mean flow of cerebrovessels.更多还原
