松嫩草原羊草氮代谢对土壤盐碱化的响应

【摘要】 本文模拟梯度盐碱化土壤环境,对羊草氮代谢的影响进行研究。结果表明:随着土壤pH值的逐渐升高,羊草总氮量先下降,然后出现了明显的上升,又再次出现了下降的趋势;其中,羊草铵态氮含量大体上表现出了明显的下降趋势;羊草硝态氮含量大体上呈现出先下降后上升再下降的趋势。

【Abstract】 The paper discussed the responses of Leymus chinensis nitrogen metabolism to simulating soil Salinization.The results showed that the total nitrogen content gradually decreased first and increased after,then there was a downward trend again as the soil PH scale increased.The ammonium nitrogen content in general showed a significant decreasing trend and the nitrate nitrogen content first decreased and then increased again.
