【摘要】 目的评价PFNA-Ⅱ和DHS治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法选取2009年3月—2012年2月在我院住院治疗的72例老年股骨转子间骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为PFNA-Ⅱ组(36例)和DHS(36例),记录切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、骨折愈合时间及髋内翻畸形等指标,并进行统计学分析。所有患者均随访12~20个月,平均15月。结果所有病人的骨折部位全部临床愈合。两组研究对象在切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量及髋内翻畸形等指标方面有明显差异(P<0.05),在骨折愈合时间方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 PFNA-Ⅱ内固定较DHS具有固定牢稳、创伤小、髋内翻畸形发生率低的特点,较适用于治疗老年股骨转子间骨折。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Proximal Femoral Nail A-Ⅱ( PFNA-Ⅱ) and Dynamic Hip Screws( DHS) in treating elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods From March 2009 to February 2012,72 elder femoral intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into two groups,the PFNA-Ⅱ group( n =36) and the DHS group( n =36). The length of incision,operation time,blood loss during operation,post operative drainage,time of bone union and malformation of hip varus were observed and analyzed. All patients were followed up for 12 to 20 months,average 15 months. Results All patients were well healed. The length of incision,operation time,blood loss during operation,post operative drainage,time of bone union were statistically different between the two groups. The mean time of bone union were equal between the two groups. Conclusion PFNA-Ⅱ internal fixation is more suitable for elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.更多还原
