蒲儿根花的化学成分研究
CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF SENECIO OLDHAMIANUS FLOWERS
【摘要】 采用硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等色谱技术分离纯化菊科蒲儿根花的化学成分,通过理化方法和波谱数据确定化合物结构.从蒲儿根花的乙醇浸膏中分离并鉴定了6个化合物:β-谷甾醇(1)、棕榈酸(2)、泽兰素(3)、euparone(4)、金丝桃苷(5)和咖啡酸(6).以上化合物都是从该植物中首次得到,其中化合物3是该植物花部位含量高、且具有苹果香味的芳香性成分.
【Abstract】 Chemical constituents of ethyl alcohol extract of Senecio oldhamianus flowers were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and identified by physichemical and spectral methods.The following six compounds were identified:β-sitosterol(1),palmitic acid(2),euparin(3),euparone(4),hyperin(5),caffeic aicd(6).These compounds were reported for the first time in this plant.Of special note,compound 3 with apple flavor was the main aromatic component of S.oldhamianus flowers.
