【摘要】 目的:观察雌激素受体alpha(ERα)和肿瘤转移相关因子1(MTA1)在胃癌细胞中的表达和共定位,探讨胃癌的发病机制。方法:提取BGC823、SGC7901胃癌细胞蛋白,利用Western blotting法检测内源性ERα和MTA1的表达,利用共聚焦激光扫描显微镜观察2种胃癌细胞中ERα和MTA1的定位情况。结果:Western blotting法检测,BGC823、SGC7901胃癌细胞均表达ERα和MTA1;共聚焦激光扫描显微镜观察,ERα和MTA1能够共定位于BGC823和SGC7901细胞的细胞核中。结论:胃癌细胞中表达ERα,并且能够与MTA1共定位在细胞核中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expressions and the co-localization of estrogen receptor alpha(ERα) and metastasis-associated 1(MTA1) in gastric cancer cells,and to explore the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.Methods Total protein was extracted from BGC823 and SGC7901 gastric cancer cells.The expressions of endogenous ERα and MTA1 were proved by Western blotting.The co-localization of endogenous ERα and MTA1 in the gastric cancer cells was observed by using laser scanning confocal microscope.Results Two kinds of gastric cancer cells BGC823 and SGC7901 expressed ERα and MTA1 detected by Western blotting,and they were co-localized in the nucleus of BGC823 and SGC7901 observed under laser scanning confocal microscope.Conclusion ERα can express in the gastric cancer cells and co-localizated mainly in the nucleus with MTA.更多还原
