TC4钛合金表面辉光离子渗Mo渗S复合处理涂层的组织和摩擦学性能
Microstructure and Tribological Properties of Coatings Prepared by Glow Plasma Deposition Mo and S on TC4 Titanium Alloy
【摘要】 利用辉光离子渗的方法,在TC4钛合金表面首先沉积Mo耐磨涂层,然后对渗Mo层在650℃进行渗S处理,研究了渗Mo渗S复合涂层的表面结构、硬度和磨损性能。结果表明:Mo层渗S后,表面组织细化,硬度降低;渗Mo渗S复合涂层表面形成相以具有润滑作用的MoS2为主,另外还有少量Mo2C和Ti2S相;渗Mo渗S涂层的磨损速率约为TC4的1/10。
【Abstract】 The Mo coatings prepared by glow plasma deposition on TC4 titanium alloy were sulfurized at 650 ℃.Microstructure,hardness and tribological properties of the sulfurized Mo coatings were studied.The results reveal that the surface microstructure of the original Mo coating is refined and the surface hardness reduces after sulfuration treatment.The composites formed on the substrate surface are mainly MoS2 and some Mo2C and Ti2S.The wear rate of the coating is about 1/10 of the TC4 wear rate.
