【Abstract】 The scientific research files are the characters , pictures or figures which are worth keeping or storing . These files are the visual forms of science and technology and important information resources , they play very important roles in scientific research and design . With the development of science and technology and the changing situation of the enterprises new demands are set for scientific research files management . Therefore the file clerk must do creative work and be pioneer in innovation .
