【摘要】 [目的]探讨三步三位手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后综合征的疗效。[方法]选择我院门诊及住院部就诊的腰椎间盘突出症术后患者68例,随机分为治疗组34例和对照组34例,2组均给与基础治疗,治疗组外加手法治疗,对照组采用中药热敷。2个疗程(15天)结束后采用JOA腰痛疾患疗效评定表、视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分),分别对症状体征等综合方面以及腰腿疼痛进行疗效评定,量化比较两组疗法的治疗效果。[结果]疗程结束后治疗组的临床有效率为94.1%,高于对照组85.3%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后JOA腰痛疾患表评分、腰腿痛VAS评分改善明显,且优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]基础治疗并加上三步三位手法操作技术具有操作简便、可重复性强、疗效明显、安全性高的优点,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后综合征的有效疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] In order to study the effect of postoperative syndrome in protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc by the manipulation of three steps and three positions. [Methods] Choose our hospital outpatients and the inpatient medical postoperative patients 68 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc pro-trusion, 68 cases were registered according to the last digit grouping odd parity and divided into experimental group and control group. Odd for treatment group(34 cases), even as the control group(34 cases). Two groups were given basic treatment, treatment group 34 patients were treated by technique treat-ment, and 34 patients in the control group used hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine. One case was excluded from the study and another one case was dropped from the study. After two courses of treatmen(t15d),the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared quantitatively by using the JOA and VAS scores, including the improvement of signs, symptoms, living ability, and low back and leg pain. [Results]After two courses of treatment, in the experimental group, 8 cases were controlled well,17 cases had marked effect,7 cases were effective, 2 cases had no effect. In the control group, 5 cases were controlled well, 9 cases had marked effect, 15 cases were effective, 5 cases had no effect. The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was94.1%,which was higher than 85.3% of the control group.In the experimental group, the scores of JOA and VAS were obviously improved after treat-ment, and the improvement was better than that of control group.[Conclusion]The manipulation of three steps and three positions maneuver has the char-acteristics of simple operation,repeatability,good efficiency,high safety.It is an effective, major treatment of postoperative syndrome in protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc, and shall be used widely in clinic.更多还原
