【摘要】 以白木香叶片为试材,研究了叶龄、外植体大小、外植体接种方式、光照和激素浓度及组合等因素和水平对愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:选择叶龄为12d的叶片剪成0.5cm2大小,以正面向上的方式接种在MS+2,4-D 1.0mg/L+ZT 1.0mg/L培养基中,黑暗培养,愈伤组织诱导率达100%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis as experimental materials,the leaflet age,explants size,explants inoculation,lighting,concentration and combination of hormone on callus induction were studied.The results showed that the leaflet age 12 d blades cut into 0.5 cm2 segments,face up vaccination on MS medium add with 1.0 mg/L 2,4-D and 1.0 mg/L ZT,dark culture,callus induction rate could reach 100%.更多还原
