餐厨垃圾暗-光耦联发酵制氢研究
Studies on Hydrogen Production from Kitchen Waste by Sequential Dark-and Photo-fermentation
【摘要】 文章以餐厨垃圾为底物进行暗-光耦联发酵两步法制氢研究。探讨物料比、起始pH对暗发酵产氢的影响;温度、起始pH对光合发酵产氢的影响,得到如下结论。在暗发酵阶段,以餐厨垃圾为底物,在合适条件下产氢量可达25.18 mL/gVS。在光合发酵阶段,以暗发酵液为底物,在合适条件下产氢量可达34.62 mL/gVS。以餐厨垃圾为底物,两步联合制氢可达59.80 mL/gVS,为仅暗发酵产氢量的2.37倍。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the methods of hydrogen production with kitchen waste by two-step process of sequential dark-and photo-fermentation.It discusses the influences of material ratio and initial pH on dark-fermentation,and the impacts of temperature and initial pH on photo-fermentation.In dark-fermentation,under suitable conditions the yield of hydrogen was approximately 25.18 mL/gVS.In subsequent photo-fermentation,the yield of hydrogen from the effluent of dark-fermentation was approximately 34.62 mL/gVS.The total amount of hydrogen production reached 59.80 mL/gVS.The hydrogen yields of sequential dark-and photo-fermentation are 2.37 times that of dark-fermentation only.
