pin组合开关在Ku波段多通道接收机中的应用

【摘要】 采用pin二极管技术,在输入端反射式pin组合开关的基础上,设计、制作了一种微波吸收式pin单刀双掷开关,并给出了详细设计原理图。用AWR软件分别对带有定向耦合器的反射式pin组合开关和吸收式单刀双掷pin组合开关进行了仿真优化设计,仿真结果表明吸收式单刀双掷pin组合开关性能指标更优越,尤其在衰减状态下各项指标明显优于反射式pin组合开关。将两种开关方案分别应用于Ku波段多通道接收机后,吸收式单刀双掷pin组合开关测得结果如下:插入损耗≤1 dB,导通和衰减输入驻波比均≤1.4∶1,幅度不一致性≤1 dB。

【Abstract】 The microwave non-reflective single-pole double-throw(SPDT)combined switch using the technology of pin diode based on reflective pin combined switch of importing was designed and fabricated,and the design principle diagram was givan out.The reflective pin combined switch with directional couplers and absorptive SPDT pin combined switch simulated and optimized by the AWR software.The simulation results proves that the capability of absorptive SPDT pin combined switch is more ascendant,especially in the state of attenuation,the capability of absorptive SPDT is much more ascendant than the other.These switches were used in Ku-band multi-channel receivers,the test result show that the absorptive SPDT has high properties such as,the insertion loss is less than 1 dB,voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR)of input port is less than 1.4∶ 1 in open state and in the state of attenuation,the differences amplifier of state are less than 1 dB.
