【摘要】 目的:探讨CT三维重建颅骨缺损形态、钛网数字化计算机塑形修补颅骨缺损的临床应用价值。方法:68例行CT三维重建颅骨缺损形态,钛网数字化计算机塑形修补颅骨缺损。结果:64例临床一期愈合,外形美观。术后出现皮下积液2例,反复抽吸后延期愈合;皮下感染经久不愈1例,去除钛网6个月后二次修补愈合;钛网外露1例,行临近头皮移植修复。结论:CT三维重建颅骨缺损形态,钛网数字化计算机塑形修补颅骨缺损外形美观,疗效可靠,临床应用前景广阔。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional CT reconstruction and titanium mesh digital computer in repairing skull defects.Methods:Sixty-eight cases with skull defect were treated with titanium mesh through CT 3D reconstruction.Results:Sixty-four cases healed with beautiful appearance.Two cases with subcutaneous liquid collection were found,which were delayed healing after repeated rinse.One case with subcutaneous infection prolonged unhealed,which healed through secondary repair under removing titanium mesh after six months.One case with titanium mesh exposing were repaired with near the scalp graft.Conclusions:The effects of three-dimensional CT reconstruction and titanium mesh digital computer on treatment of skull defects are good,which have extensive clinical prospect.更多还原
