【摘要】 目的:观察同步服用黄葵胶囊的顺铂化疗患者的肾功能变化,探讨黄葵对肾功能的保护性影响。方法:选取既往有化学性肾功能损伤现已基本恢复并排除原发性肾脏疾病的患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。均按常规剂量顺铂方案进行化疗,对照组单纯化疗,观察组同步口服黄葵胶囊,治疗期间2组定期监测肾功能。比较2组患者化疗后1个月血清肌酐水平、肌酐清除率、胱抑素C、尿β2微球蛋白值变化情况。结果:化疗后观察组各监测指标数值变化幅度,即肾功能损伤情况均较轻(P>0.05),而对照组化疗后1周和4周变化均较明显(P<0.01)。结论:黄葵胶囊在含顺铂方案化疗过程中可对患者肾功能有保护作用,能够减轻顺铂的肾毒性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the protective effect of okra capsule on the renal function of patients receiving chemotherapy with cisplatin.Methods:Sixty-eight patients who had suffered from chemical renal functional impairment and recovered,and been proved free of primary renal disease were enrolled.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=34).Both groups received chemotherapy of regular dose of cisplatin.The patients in observation group were added okra capsule,while the control group were given chemotherapy alone.The renal function of all the patients was checked regularly during the therapy session.The serum creatinine level,creatinine clearance,serum cystatin C and urine β2-mictoglobulin of the two groups were compared one month after the therapy.Results:The change of the index representing the renal function impairment was quite slight in the observation group(P>0.05),while it was rather obvious in the control group 1 and 4 weeks after the chemotherapy(P<0.01).Conclusions:Okra capsule has protective effect on the renal function of patients during chemotherapy with cisplatin,which can relieve the renal toxicity of cisplatin.更多还原
