【摘要】 目的分析胎盘早剥的危险因素,为胎盘早剥的防治提供参考。方法将到该院就治的74例胎盘早剥孕产妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并以50例健康孕产妇作为对照,对胎盘早剥危险因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果 Logistic回归分析显示74例胎盘早剥孕产妇危险因素主要有妊娠高血压、机械损伤、长期吸烟史、滥用可卡因史、胎膜早破、血栓形成倾向等。结论胎盘早剥的危险因素复杂多样,孕产妇应加强孕期检查,及早诊治,改善新生儿不良预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the risk factors for premature separation of placenta,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of premature separation of placenta.Methods Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed of 74 cases of premature separation of placenta,while 50 healthy pregnant women were set as controls.Logistic regression analysis was made of the risk factors of premature separation of placenta.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors included hypertension,mechanical damage,long history of smoking,history of cocaine abuse,premature rupture of membranes and thrombophilia.Conclusion The risk factors for premature separation of placenta are complex and diverse.The maternal should strengthen prenatal,early diagnosis and treatment to improve the poor prognosis of newborns.更多还原
