【摘要】 目的分析评价安徽省结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)的执行情况。方法按照《全国结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)》终期评估实施方案,在省市、县自查的基础上,省级抽查6个市及6个县进行了现场复核,对市、县(市、区)录入、审核、上报的数据进行汇总分析。结果全省以县为单位DOTS覆盖率为100.00%,2001～2010年共登记治疗涂阳肺结核病人213 507例,涂阳病人治愈率达89.9%。涂阳患者登记率在2005年达到高峰,随后几年呈缓慢下降趋势。2001～2010年各级政府和国际合作项目共投入结防经费28 855万元。结论建立完善省结核病防治服务体系,完成或超额完成《规划》的终期任务指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and evaluate the implementation of the tuberculosis control program in Anhui province(2001-2010).Methods According to the implementation of the final evaluation of "National Tuberculosis Control Program(2001-2010)",6 cities and 6 counties accepted spot check on the basis of the provinces,cities,counties self-examination.The data reported by cities,counties were collected,verified and analyzed.Results All counties in Anhui province were covered by DOTS strategy.A total of 21 3 507 smear-positive TB cases were discovered and treated during 2001~2010.The cure rate of smear-positive patients reached 89.9%.Registration rate of smear-positive patients reached peak in 2005,followed by slow decrease in the following years.During 2001~2010,government at all levels and international cooperation projects invested a total of 288 million yuan for tuberculosis prevention.Conclusion Tuberculosis control service system has been established.The final task indicator has been completed or surpassed,which indicated that implementation of the programme strongly promoted the tuberculosis control in Anhui province.更多还原
