【摘要】 目的:探讨老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的安全性。方法:回顾性分析86例老年慢性结石性胆囊炎患者的临床资料,根据手术方式分为开腹胆囊切除组(OC组,n=42)和腹腔镜胆囊切除组(LC组,n=44)。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、肠道功能恢复时间、治疗效果、并发症和住院时间的差异。结果:OC组术中出血量、手术时间、肠功能恢复时间及住院时间均显著长于LC组(P<0.05);而LC组术后切口疼痛以及切口感染和愈合不良事件的发生率显著低于OC组(P<0.05);LC组和OC对胆囊结石的疗效和严重并发症的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:LC和OC对老年患者均安全可靠。鉴于LC的优点,推荐老年患者采用LC。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for elderly patients.Methods:The clinic data of 86 elderly patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis undergoing cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into two groups according to the operation:open cholecystectomy group(OC group,n=42) and laparoscopic cholecystectomy group(LC group,n=44).Some clinical data such as operation time,blood loss,intestinal function recovery,postoperative complications,therapeutic effects and length of hospital stay were compared.Results:There were significant difference in operation time,blood loss,intestinal function recovery,length of hospital stay and incision complications between OC group and LC group(P< 0.05).There were no significant difference in therapeutic effects and serious complications between OC group and LC group(P> 0.05).Conclusions:LC and OC are also safe for elderly patients.In consideration of the benefit of LC,We recommend laparoscopic cholecystectomy for elderly patients.更多还原
