【摘要】 对我国广州、洛阳、拉萨等10个大中城市蔬菜中重金属污染进行了综合评价和排序。结果表明,各城市综合污染指数范围为1.380～13.590,蔬菜受到不同程度的重金属污染。各城市综合污染指数排序:天津>拉萨>西安>成都>广州>沈阳>上海浦东>惠州>长沙>洛阳,重金属污染元素排序:Cd>As>Pb>Cr>Ni>Hg>Cu>Zn,蔬菜污染排序:叶菜类>根茎类>瓜豆类。该研究对指导蔬菜的生产及保障老百姓的饮食安全有着重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Heavy metal pollution in vegetables were evaluated and ordered in ten cities including Guangzhou,Luoyang,Lasa,etc.The results showed that comprehensive pollution index range is 1.380-13.590,the order of each city comprehensive pollution index is Tianjin>Lasa>Xi’an>Chengdu>Guangzhou>Shenyang>Pudong>Huizhou>Shanghai>Luoyang>Changsha City,various elements of heavy metal contamination degree sequence: Cd>As>Pb>Cr>Ni>Hg>Cu>Zn,vegetables pollution contamination degree sequence: Leaf-vegetables>rhizome>melons and beans.The study has significance for guiding vegetable production and guaranteeing food safety.更多还原
