【摘要】 [目的]为了验证普洱茶对apoE基因敲除小鼠动脉粥样硬化的作用。[方法]选取55只4周龄雄性apoE基因敲除小鼠,按照体重随机分成正常对照组、降脂药组、模型组、生茶组、熟茶组共5组,用普洱茶汤进行干预性试验90 d后,空腹12 h,摘眼球采血,采用全自动生化仪测血清中的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)等血脂指标。[结果]普洱茶(生、熟)均可显著控制小鼠体重增长(P<0.05);普洱生茶可显著降低小鼠血清中TG、LDL-H含量,升高HDL-C含量(P<0.05),可显著降低AI系数(P<0.05)。[结论]普洱茶对apoE基因敲除小鼠的抗动脉粥样硬化有一定的调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To verify the effects of Pu-er tea on the anti-atherosclerosis in the apoE-gene knocked mice.[Method] 55 4-weeks male apoE-gene knocked mice were randomly divided into fiver groups according to weight(normal control group,lipid lowering drug group,model group,fresh tea,cooked tea).After 90 days,limosis for 12 h,TC,TG,LDC-G and HDL-C were detected with full automatic biochemical analyzer.[Result] Pu-er tea can significantly control increase of body weight(P<0.05);Pu-erh tea can significantly reduce TG,LDL-H content,increase HDL-C content(P<0.05),as well as AI coefficient.[Conclusion] Pu-er tea has regulation function on anti-atherosclerosis of apoE-gene knocked mice.更多还原
