【摘要】 借鉴自组织理论中的耗散结构理论有关原理,探讨把自组织理论体系运用到高校运动队组织管理的实践过程中,寻找和构建运动队中代表系统进化性质和方向的涨落现象和机制,识别并努力控制能够影响系统演化的序参量,将运动管理置于自组织理论视野之下,找到一个适合运动队发展进步的有效管理途径,为建设一支高水平的学习型、和谐型、创新型、高绩效的运动队提供坚实的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research tries to apply the self-organizing theory system to the organization and management of sports team at colleges and universities. It attempts to find the mechanism of evolution of sports teams and to identify and control parameters affecting the systematic evolution so as to find a proper way to promote the development of sports teams. It hopes to provide sound theoretical grounds for the establishment of a high level sports team.更多还原
