ZG30Cr29Ni9Si2NRE耐热钢的高温抗氧化性研究
Study on High Temperature Oxidation Resistance of ZG30Cr29Ni9Si2NRE Heat-resistant Steel
【摘要】 对ZG30Cr29Ni9Si2NRE耐热钢在900℃和1 100℃下进行高温抗氧化性试验,并用X-射线衍射法对氧化膜的结构进行分析。结果表明:该耐热钢在900℃下完全抗氧化,在1 100℃下抗氧化。氧化后期试样表面形成了保护性氧化膜,提高了材料的高温抗氧化性。
【Abstract】 The high temperature oxidation resistance of ZG30Cr29Ni9Si2NRE alloy at 900 ℃ and 1 100 ℃ were tested and the oxidation film was analyzed by X-ray diffraction.The results show that the alloy was of total oxidation resistance at 900 ℃ and of oxidation resistance at 1 100 ℃.Protective oxidation film forms on the samples’s surface in the later period of oxidation,which increases high temperature oxidation resistance.
