【摘要】 目的探讨四维超声成像在胎儿唇裂诊断中的应用价值。方法 24例唇裂胎儿分成孕18～28周及29～40周,分别进行二维及四维超声检查后对其诊断率进行比较分析。结果二维超声对两组的唇裂诊断率均为100%,四维超声对两组的诊断率分别为75%和83.3%,统计学分析均无明显差异。24例中唇裂合并腭裂8例,漏诊4例,唇裂合并腭裂诊断率50%。结论四维超声作为一项无创,反复多次检查的技术,既保留了二维超声动态实时观察的优点,又能更形象、直观的显示胎儿唇裂,丰富了产前胎儿唇裂畸形筛查的检查手段,对围产医学优生优育工作开展有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of 4-dimensional ultrasonographic imaging in the diognosis of fetal lip-cleft.Methods:24 fetuses of lip-cleft separated into 18~28 week gestational age and 29~40 week gestational age,examined for 2-dimensional and 4-dimensional ultrasonography,analysised each rate of diagnosis.Results:The rate of diagnosis about 2 groups examined for 2-dimensional ultrasonography was 100 percent,for 4-dimensional ultrasonography was 75 percent and 83.3 percent,no difference on statistics.24 cases of lip-cleft and palate-cleft in 8 cases,4 cases of missed diagnosis,the rate of diagnosis lip cleft and palate cleft was 50 percent.Conclusions: The skill of 4-dimensional ultrasonography known as non-wound,repeated check,not Only to retain the 2-dimensional ultrasound observation of the advantages of dynamic real-time,But also more vivid,visual display of fetal lip-cleft,Enriched prenatal screening examination method lip-cleft,prenatal and postnatal care on perinatal medicine is important to carry out the work.更多还原
