木棉叶化学成分研究
Studies on Chemical Constituents of the Leaves of Bombax ceiba
【摘要】 目的:研究木棉叶的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法对木棉叶的化学成分进行分离,根据理化性质和MS、NMR光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:鉴定了8个化合物,分别为亚油酸(1)、棕榈酸(2)、desmoic acid(3)、月桂酸(4)、壬酸甲酯(5)、正十五烷酸(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)。结论:除化合物7,其余化合物均为首次从该属植物中分得。
【Abstract】 Object: To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Bombax ceiba.Method: The chemical constituents were extracted of different concentrations and isolated by silicagel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographicm ethod.The chemical structures of components were further elucidated by the physicochemical characters and MS,NMR spectral data.Results: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as leinoleic acid(1),palmitic acid(2),desmoic acid(3),dodecanoic acid(4),methyl nonanoate(5),pentadecanoic acid(6),β-sitosterol(7),daucosterol(8).Conclusion: All of them,except compound 7,were isolated from this plant for the first time.
